Mike Tarantino

Mike Tarantino is the Chief Operating Officer for Action for Life Sunlight Home since December 2025. Prior to joining he spent 39 years with the Hertz Corporation holding various positions in operations and corporate.  Most recently running retail car sales operations.  Mike has extensive experience in Project Management, Toyota Production System (TPS) and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

In addition to his work career, Mike has 30 years’ experience in Christian Ministry including, Sunday School Teacher & Superintendent, Confirmation Catechist, Christian Cadet Leader, Youth Group Retreat Leader, Eucharistic Minister, and currently is a St Matthew House volunteer.

Tarantino graduated from Rider University in Lawrenceville NJ.  He resides in Naples with his wife Carmella.
